The GoMap Suite is an integrated solution for utilities and government. It provides a set of tools to manage and share spatial and asset information across your organization. It improves decision making processes by enhancing data quality and availability and by allowing integration with enterprise information systems. GoMap PLANNING is an application that allows the management and distribution of crucial data to planning departments. The solution is used to manage crucial information such as Cadastre, Assessment and Zoning. The solution facilitates interoperability between municipal departments, the elected officials and the citizens.

Centralize information
GoMap PLANNING allows you first of all to structure your entire data from various sources and to centralize it in order to combine the crucial information required for proactive management. Data such as assessment, land registry, zoning, sensitive zones, taxation as well as any other information will benefit from this operation.

The GoMap PLANNING application also enables:

  • Viewing assessment forms including photographs of the building, sketches and legal documentation.
  • Measuring graphical elements, creating buffer zones and exporting data.
  • Publishing cadastral/land registry information, regardless of the GIS system used.
  • Synchronize assessment data stored in an external system using a gateway tool.

Create reports and thematic analysis
  • Besides the centralized access to all the data in one unique point, GoMap PLANNING allows for the design, editing and publishing of reports.
  • These reports can be created according to the needs of each organization to answer in an optimal way the users’ requests. They can be exported in Excel, PDF, CSV, etc., which demonstrates the flexibility and the adaptability of the solution.
  • The Query Manager allows for the production of multiple project analyses. Using this tool, users can create complex map and database queries.
  • The application includes a simple and fast search tool by owner, registration, parcel, and more.

Share information in your city
  • Whether on an intranet (municipal departments) and on the Internet (general public), the information can be accessed in real time by a large number of stakeholders. No software installation is required on the client workstations.
  • The system can also be connected to the assessment or taxation system.


The solution is based on the Geomap technology and integrates into AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MapGuide as well as other GIS and Open Source platforms. GoMap supports various databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) using a bidirectional interface.
